ASSISTANT MARINA MANAGER

BRIGHTON MARINA

Working as part of the marina's management team you will have the responsibility for all operational and administrative aspects of operating the largest UK marina.

Applicants will need to demonstrate a proven track record in exemplary customer service with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential along with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills. H&S understanding and awareness is also desirable.

The role requires working within a rota system, including some Bank Holidays and weekends.

BOATYARD SUPERVISOR

BRIGHTON MARINA

Our busy boatyard provides first class lifting and associated services. You will be leading an experienced team on all aspects of the operation, focusing on excellent customer service, H&S and training. Good communication and supervisory skills are essential.

Experience of boat handling, lifting and the associated equipment would be a distinct advantage but not essential. This is a challenging role involving working outdoors in all weather conditions on a rota system including alternate Saturdays.

SEASONAL SUPPORT STAFF

BRIGHTON MARINA

Premier Marinas (Brighton) Ltd is recruiting for part time zero hour summer seasonal support staff to assist in the running of the largest marina in the UK. This is a great opportunity to work in a unique and busy environment. Key duties to include:

  • Assisting the Administration team in our modern floating marina office
  • Operating the lock gate system
  • Serving fuel on our 24hr fuel bay
  • Operational duties such as boat handling, meeting & greeting customers, marina health and safety checks and berth reconciliation
  • Working on a shift basis to cover most weekends and bank holidays, with a combination of early starts and late finishes

Interviews will take place at Brighton Marina.
