REFER A FRIEND SCHEME

The following information provides details of the Terms and Conditions under which Berth Holders can 'Refer a Friend' into a Premier Marina and be rewarded.

Definitions

Introducer:
a customer with a current 12 month berthing contract with Premier Marinas Limited introducing a "New Customer".

New Customer:
a customer not previously known to Premier Marinas Limited and who enters into and pays for a standard 12 month wet or dry berthing contract for a vessel over 8m in length - or in the case of dry stack a 12 month dry stack contract for a boat up to 10m in length.

The Refer a Friend Scheme


The Premier Refer a Friend Scheme provides an incentive for existing berth holders to introduce their friends to Premier.  It does this by rewarding both the introducing berth holder and their friend with a credit to their account, the value of which is dependant on the length of the New Customer's boat.

Premier will credit the account of the New Customer at the rates shown in Table 1 below.  The value of the credit will be deducted from the standard list price for the relevant annual berth upon the signing of the New Customer's berthing licence. These rates include VAT.

There is no limit to the number of introductions that can be made by an Introducer.

Restrictions

This offer cannot be taken in cash and does not apply where the New Customer takes out a contract or a boat under 8m, an 'SBO contract', a 'Starter" contract, or any other form of contract sold below Premier's published standard annual berthing price.

This offer cannot be taken up in conjunction with any other offer from Premier Marinas.

This offer is available only through the Premier website and all introductions must be made through and registered with Premier Marinas Limited. To this end the prospective Introducer is required to complete an online application form.

This offer is subject to berth availability and Premier Marinas' management's absolute discretion and for the avoidance of doubt, Premier may at its sole discretion decline an application without explanation.

Premier reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

This offer only applies to boats that are used for private and pleasure purposes. The offer excludes commercial vessels such as fishing, hire, charter, tuition or diving vessels.

Introductions cannot be made retrospectively.

Introducers who are in arrears or in dispute with Premier Marinas Limited will not qualify for this offer.

This offer excludes Premier employees and cannot be offered commercially.

The Introducer does not act as an agent or as a representative of Premier Marinas Limited.

The Introducer cannot transfer their rights to anyone.Premiers Marina Rules and Regulations and normal terms and conditions of wet and dry berthing and dry stack apply.

In the event of a dispute arising between the Introducer and Premier Marinas Limited, both parties should consult the dispute resolution service provided by the British Marine Federation.

All copyright, trade marks and other intellectual property rights relating to Premier Marinas remain vested in Premier Marinas Limited.

Premier Marinas Limited will not be liable to the Introducer under Contract Law, Law of Tort or otherwise for any loss of profit or revenue or other type of economic loss, direct or indirect, loss of business, contracts or goodwill and any contract terms that the Law normally implies do not apply to this offer, as far as the Law will allow.
